Planning Applications

If the Planning Authority has asked you to submit a noise or vibration assessment with your planning application then please give us a call and we will be happy to help.  We have many years of experience in helping clients through the noise aspects of the planning process.  

 

If you have been granted planning consent but planning conditions have been imposed related to noise and vibration then please contact us to discuss them.  Again we are very experienced at providing the correct information to ensure there are no problems in getting the conditions discharged.

Delays to the planning process can be costly and needless complications can arise if noise matters are not dealt with properly.  We are used to relating to Environmental Health Officers who advise the Planning Department on noise and vibration matters.  We have been very successful in smoothing the way through the process on numerous occasions.
